For overnight shipping, within the USA, please contact us directly at 617-7303788 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process the order immediately, with UPS next day delivery. Extra cost for shipping will be collected via PayPal.
Please be advised that international orders are send via US Postal Service, first class air mail, to keep a low shipping cost, unless otherwise requested. No tracking number is available with this option. Let us know if you prefer to use US International Priority Mail, with insurance for lost or damage and we will calcolate cost of shipping, based on the weight of your package. Taxes and custom fees may apply at the time of delivery. Studio Carta is not responsible for these charges.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or regular account payments all through PayPal. The shop uses PayPal payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol.
Requests for returns and exchanges must be submitted by phone or email within one week of delivery. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A refund will be issued after we have received the merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We do not share or sell your information to any third party and the information collected is solely used for necessary contact purposes.
