Parcels will ship between 1 to 5 business days from placing the order. Method of shipping are UPS ground, unless otherwise requested. Shipping confirmation and tracking number will be notify via email. For time sensitive orders, expedited shipping is available at additional cost and your order will be processed immediately, possibly on the same business day. For express orders, within the USA, please contact us directly at 617-7303788 and we will process the order with UPS next day delivery. Extra cost for shipping will be collected via PayPal. Please be advised that international orders are send via USPS first class air mail, postal service, to keep a low shipping cost. No tracking number is available. Taxes and custom fees may apply at the time of delivery. Studio Carta is not responsible for these charges. Please let us know if you prefer any different arrangements, or express mail, we will be happy to assist you. 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or regular account payments all through PayPal. The shop uses PayPal payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol.

Requests for returns and exchanges must be submitted by phone or email within one week of delivery. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A refund will be issued after we have received the merchandise. Shipping costs are not refunded.

We do not share or sell your information to any third party and the information collected is solely used for necessary contact purposes.
